1. Easy Returns – For Your Health & Safety

Step 1: Check if Your Item is Eligible for Return

To ensure every customer receives a brand-new personal care device that has passed strict hygiene standards, we follow this friendly return policy:

  • Unopened items: As long as your item remains in new condition with the original packaging unopened and the seal intact, we support 14-day no-reason returns from the date of delivery.
  • Opened items: For personal hygiene and health safety reasons, if the original factory seal has been broken or damaged, we cannot accept a return. This ensures that all devices meet 100% medical-grade cleanliness standards upon delivery.

What you need to know:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not tear off any anti-tamper labels or seals on the packaging. Only items with intact packaging are eligible for our return service.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following:

  • Unopened, unused, with original factory seal intact
  • Includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free gifts
  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or invoice

3. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personal care devices that have been opened or used (including but not limited to shavers, epilators, facial cleansing brushes, hair removal devices)
  • Items with broken seals or missing original packaging
  • Items damaged due to improper use (dropping, water damage, etc.)

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • Change of mind / personal reason: Buyer pays return shipping. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective item / wrong item sent: Seller pays return shipping.

5. How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return (attach photos or videos if reporting a defect)
  3. Wait for our approval and return address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Share the tracking number with us

6. Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3-5 business days), refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
