- Opened items: For personal hygiene and health safety reasons, if the original factory seal has been broken or damaged, we cannot accept a return. This ensures that all devices meet 100% medical-grade cleanliness standards upon delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not tear off any anti-tamper labels or seals on the packaging. Only items with intact packaging are eligible for our return service.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following:
- Unopened, unused, with original factory seal intact

3. Non-returnable Items

4. Return Shipping Cost
- Change of mind / personal reason: Buyer pays return shipping. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Defective item / wrong item sent: Seller pays return shipping.
